Peruvian Music: Pedro Suarez-Vertiz - Endal
Pedro Suarez-Vertiz (1969) is a Peruvian musician who mixes rock, pop and Peruvian folk rhythms. Art flows through his veins, as his grandfather and his father were both artists. He became popular as the lead singer of the pop band "Arena Hash" in the late 1980's.
This tune is named "Endal", a word "invented" by his little daughter.
Peruvian Music: Juan Diego Florez & Vienna Boys Choir
Juan Diego Florez, Talented Peruvian young tenor (1973) of an exquisite light voice. He studied in Philadelphia and did his debut in 1996 at Rossini Festival. Since then, he has performed in Europe, USA and South America, on stages such as Wigmore Hall in London, the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris, Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall in New York, the Palau de la Música in Barcelona and the Mozarteum in Salzburg. Florez has received various awards including Premio Abbiati 2000 (awarded by Italian critics for the best singer of the year); the Rossini d'oro; the Bellini d'oro; the Premio Aureliano Pertile; the Tamagno Prize; and the L'Opera award (Migliore Tenore) for his 2001 performance in La Sonnambula at La Scala (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juan_Diego_Fl%C3%B3rez).

Okinawa: The Boom's Shima Uta
The Boom is a Japanese rock band whose members are: Kazufumi Miyazawa, Takashi Kobayashi, Hiromasa Yamakawa and Takao Tochigi. Although they became popular with "Shima-uta" (a result of Miyazawa's trip to Okinawa that inspired the singer/composer to write this song with Okinawan sounds and strongly influenced lyrics) and they have released many Okinawan songs with Okinawan singers The Boom's members are not from Okinawa.

Peruvian Music: Pamela Rodriguez - Que suene!

Do as Infinity was a popular Japanese band that was born in 1999 and disbanded in 2005 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Do_As_Infinity).
